... Kale helped us find our home
and promptly prepared our bid, which was accepted the next day.
Part of our plan for the house included some remodeling that would be
done prior to occupancy. Kale took care of the contractors bid
and inspection...
... Since that time, Kale made
himself available numerous times to view the interior of the house,
including meeting a carpet company representative without our
presence. This I feel is really going above and beyond the call
of duty...
... On closing of the the house,
there were some snags in the process. The repairs were not being
taken care of, so Kale (knowing the urgency of our remodel
appointments) contracted to have the repairs done himself. This
was not his job and was again above and beyond the call of duty...
... We signed for the house,
knowing the bank probably wouldn't fund the loan in time for the
remodeling to begin as scheduled. Kale noted however, that in the
event the funding went through, he would make sure we got the keys in
time. With an hour and a half to spare, Kale called us to let us
know that he had the keys in his possession and we received them that
night.
